How the risk-reversal terms work, in plain English
Every ZeraSEO Program has a fixed scope, a fixed deadline, and a term: if we miss the target by the deadline, we keep working at no extra cost until we hit it. Below is what that means for each Program, and the client conditions that apply.
Page 2 to Page 1 Program
Risk reversal
If the selected keywords are not on page 1 by the deadline, we keep working at no extra cost until they are.
Client conditions
- Selected keywords must currently rank on page 2 of Google.
- Client provides site and Search Console access within 5 business days.
- Content approvals returned within 3 business days.
- Account stays active and paid through the program term.

Local Map Pack Program
Risk reversal
If map visibility has not improved for the target searches by the deadline, we continue at no extra cost until it does.
Client conditions
- A verified Google Business Profile owned by the client.
- A real physical address or defined service area.
- Profile manager access provided within 5 business days.
- Account stays active and in good standing through the term.

If the report does not include at least 5 specific, prioritized fixes, we refund it immediately.
Client conditions
- One-time engagement with clear scope.
- Delivered as a written PDF report within 5 business days of payment.

- You provide accurate access and information at kickoff.
- You return content approvals within the stated business days.
- The Program stays active and paid through its term.
- Targets and deadlines are agreed in writing before kickoff.
